How can I register to watch?
To register in the event, please fill out the registration form online, available on website’s registration page and follow the instructions. Make sure you click the button “send” at the end. You‘ll receive an e-mail confirming your registration. In case of any questions, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to be registered to submit an abstract?
Yes, you will need to be registered to submit an abstract. After you have proceeded with your registration, you can create your username and password to sign in to the restricted area to submit your abstract.
How can I submit my abstract?
Only papers submitted through the event website will be accepted. To submit your abstract you will need to access your restricted area using your login and password, click on the “My Works” button and follow the guidelines. If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact us at email@example.com.
If I send an abstract, do I have to attend the event?
When submitting an abstract, it is required to be able to participate in the congress in order to present your research if requested. Please note: Only abstracts of registered participants can be accepted.
If my abstract is accepted will I receive any certificate?
Yes. You will be awarded one certificate for your accepted abstract including the name of the author (s) and title.
How do I receive my certificate?
All participants will receive an online certificate. To print or download the certificate, participants should access the print area located on the web site, enter the registered e-mail address and fill out a "satisfaction survey". Important: Certificates are not sent by email.
What‘s the difference between a Zoom Video Webinars and Large Meetings?
Webinars are built for presenting polished content to a large audience, whereas Meetings are built for small to large team discussion and collaboration. Large Meetings is an optional add-on for Meetings plans to scale up to 1000 live interactive participants. In large meetings, all participants can share their audio, video and screen. Webinars are used to host virtual presentations and broadcast them to a view and listen-only audience. This reduces the risk of disruptions and is a safer choice for large audiences who join mostly to listen and learn.
